Mevagissey is a magical and ancient Cornish fishing village full of atmosphere and narrow lanes. Down such a thoroughfare is you find Eden Cottage, reputedly 300 years old and as you would expect, full of charm with an enthralling character and only a 2 minute walk from the vibrant harbour. With the cottage accommodation being spread over three floors, it is incredibly spacious and has a wealth of period features that include exposed beams in every room. At the heart of Eden Cottage is a large dining table to gather round and an incredibly well equipped kitchen with all the little things that you so often need on a self-catering holiday but rarely find.

A super comfortable cottage in the very heart of beautiful Mevagissey. It is an ideal base for couples and families alike, Eden Cottage has been awarded a 4 Star rating from Visit Britain with additional awards for "Families Welcome" and "Walkers Welcome". Eventhough, it is in the heart of the village you have the comfort of a quieter location, whilst enjoying the close proximity of all the amenities plenty of restaurants and pubs to enjoy during the day and evening. Also a great location to explore the nearby child friendly beaches including Gorran Haven and Pentewan, not to mention Mevagissey harbour where the kids can go crabbing or fishing.
 
Eden Cottage boasts 3 generous sized bedrooms, that compromises of 2 Double Beds and 2 Single beds. All the bedrooms have wardrobes and plenty of storage space and there is a travel cot should you require one.

On the top floor there is a large family sized Bathroom that has a bath with shower, wc, heated towel rail and basin also on the second floor is a handy shower room which includes wc as well.

The well equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
A Child high chair is also available.  

For your enjoyment and comfort the large sitting room features Ipod docking station, DVD’s, board games & books which you are welcome to use. The room has an original fireplace (not for use) a very generous seating area giving you plenty of room for families to relax in.
